All requests to cancel and withdraw registration from Satori Summer Music Festival are to be directed to satoristrings@live.com where requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please Note:
In the event of a withdrawal via payment dispute, the subject student will be banned from participation in future Satori C.M events.
. Competition registrants are entitled to a full registration entry refund until the first schedule release.
. After the first schedule release, registrants that cancel will be entitled to $10 process fee.
. After the second schedule release, registrants that cancel will be entitled to a 30% refund of their registration fee
. We accept rescheduling requests for the period between the first and final schedule release, but we cannot guarantee accommodation for all requests. Rescheduling requests are to be directed to satoristrings@live.com.
. After the final schedule release, registrants that cancel will be entitled to a 50% refund of their registration fee.
. Registrants that cancel within a week before the first event day are not entitled to full or partial refunds.
. Late Registrations are not entitled to any full or partial refund.
By registering with Satori Summer Music Festival, registrants agree to be subject to this policy.
